APPOINTMENTS
Please make sure you arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you are having a consultation or it's your first time with us please allow 10 mins to fill out forms before your treatment starts. Treatments over an hour will require a 50% deposit or a gift voucher number.
Please put your phone on silent and keep noise levels soft as people are relaxing.
CANCELATIONS
Rescheduling or cancelations require 48 hours' notice to avoid a 50% cancelation fee if we can not fill your appointment spot. We understand life happens and will do our best to accommodate you. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
LATE ARRIVALS/NO SHOWS
If you are running late please let us know and we will do our best to still fit you in.
No-show appointments result in a 50% charge of your booked treatment. If this happens more than once a prepaid appointment is required.
Please understand we are a small business and no-shows and cancellations really affect us.
HOURS
Please note our hours can change slightly depending on our bookings for the day.
PRICE CHANGES
Supplies, shipping, and skincare prices are ever changing so we may need to adjust our prices to match. This can be done without notice.
PRIVACY
We will keep all of your information and photos confidential and will not share your details. If we are using a client's photos with permission on social media we will get signed permission first. If Saint Beauty is tagged in a post we may share it on our social accounts.
CHILDREN
For safety reasons, children are not allowed to attend the salon. We have hot and electrical equipment including needles and chemicals which are too risky for children.
Under 16 must have an adult with them or their parents' consent for treatments.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers are valid for one year from the purchase date. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
SHIPPING
We will dispatch orders by the following day.
